Case Study: Chubby's Restaurant App Order and Reservation Flows

Using a randomized Sharpen prompt to initialize my first case study, I was to create an e-commerce app for my favorite hometown restaurant. Through several courses I applied each step of the UX design process taking on the role of both UX researcher and designer.

Again, I used a Sharpen prompt to inspire my case study for Adobe XD. I applied each step of the UX design process taking on the role of both UX researcher and designer to create a responsive website that includes a process for leaving customer feedback.

Case Study: Squad Goals stand alone app and complimentary responsive website

September 2022- October 2022

With a prompt to design a product for social good, I set out to create an application to help people manage and enhance their personal relationships and social circles. The premise of the app is to use gamification to have the user complete "missions" with daily reminders and a queue to catch up with people who mean the most.

About me

Molly believes adaptive creativity, loyalty to humanity, and an appetite for fun is required to solve modern obstacles.

Hey, I'm Molly. I love to create and explore ideas through multiple mediums, it's really hard to choose just one. From analog and digital visuals, to music and writing, to physical motion, my imagination feeds my love of learning. Ideally, I can apply these skills I enjoy to products and causes I am most passionate about. These passions include perpetuating unique cultures, like my own Samoan culture, consciously designing solutions with environmental impact in mind, and intentionally contriving experiences that enhance the human existence to its fullest potential.

I currently work as a contracted kenpo karate instructor, a piano tutor, and a freelance web and graphic designer and consultant. My priorities for my career are a healthy and balanced work environment,  a diverse team, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.
